Everything that exists in our material world, once existed in someone's creative mind, including disco balls!

Let that sink in! This thought blows me away, and I hope it helps you see why nurturing your creativity is so important when thinking about who you are and want to be. Today I want to talk about nurturing your creative vision to help you visualize and design a fulfilling life and career.

Now, creative vision is not just about artistic expression; instead, it's a mindset—an approach to life that propels us forward in problem-solving and navigating challenges. Creativity also enhances our personal fulfillment, problem-solving, growth, and relationships.

A regulated nervous system is a vital component typically overlooked when setting goals. Because the nervous system is the foundation for creativity, goal achievement, and creating what you want in your life. To allow our nervous system to help us with our goals, we need to be in a balanced and calm state. Remember, when you take care of your nervous system, it takes care of you!

Once we're in a regulated state, we have access to our creative thinking and can focus on our planning. In today’s episode, I explain the following principles of success that I recommend using when starting your creative vision process:

Crafting a declaration statement
Unveiling your WHY
Developing your belief statement
Creating an abundance sandwich
Writing a letter to your future self
Making it work through accountability and integration

Every year, I host an in-person event focused on creating our visions for the new year, and I am so excited about this year's event! If you're local to Phoenix, I invite you to join us at Breathe to Envision 2024, where we will combine vision board creation, dynamic movement, breathwork, and guided visualization meditation. Find out more and sign up here!
