After the Pain feat. Lathosha Alexander & Ja'Qonna

Now that we've discussed Tiff and Lo's first loves, we felt it was time to bring our Therapy Fairy God Mother, Lathosha Alexander, into the conversation to keep it real as only The Cool Therapist can! Lathosha educates us on adjustment disorder, the difficulties in dating after exposure to certain things and she sheds light on some of her personal experiences.

We are also joined by Ja'Qonna of Hey Queen Hey Official and she weighs in on the conversation around domestic violence, parenting and how her teenage experiences with her father and within relationships shaped her future decisions.

Both of these ladies have such a unique perspective and offer great insight regarding romantic relationships and dating as a teen and into adulthood.
