I always say there's a fine line between being productive and overdoing it and triggering stress-related symptoms.  Well, there's also a fine line between being productive and just being plain busy or even counter productive.  I'm taking some time during this Mental Health Awareness Month to explore some of the more cognitive aspects of productivity and stress.
