Pinta are consultants who accompany their clients on a journey of discovery in strategic planning and Implementation, human resources, marketing and coaching. Pinta operate in Ireland and overseas across multiple industry sectors.

Conor started in his career in the Irish Defence Forces in the 1980s as a radio and radar technician. He left the Defence Forces in the late 1990s with the rank of Petty Officer followed by a career in business in the tech and pharma sectors and joined Pinta Consulting just over a year ago.

In this conversation, Conor and I explore the areas of learning, reinvention and dealing with setbacks and changing circumstances.
