Welcome to the Path to Me Podcast. Where guests and the host Sara Hope share the journeys of how they became the people that they are today. Real conversations about how they overcame doubt, fear, and shame to show up as the most real versions of ourselves. While also providing simple, tangible tools you can implement today as you continue down your path to living in your most authentic self. About the host! Sara Glendenning is an author, podcast host, and registered nurse. After being diagnosed with a learning disability at a young age, Sara began hiding from the world, afraid of not being capable or worthy of achieving her dreams. After realizing her worth, Sara now knows how truly capable she is. Sara now genuinely believes she can live the life of her dreams, that it was only herself that was holding her back. She has made it her mission to inspire others to overcome the fear of others' judgment but mostly themselves. To ultimately show up as their true selves and live the life of their dreams. Fun Fact About Sara: Sara's middle name is Hope. On all of Sara's social media, you find her second name as Hope.
