Episode 1: My Journey to Podcast.

Today, Sara discusses what led her to start this podcast and what you can expect from listening to this podcast.

In this episode, Sara shares her journey through the education system and how the opinions of others and failure lead to her feeling incapable, like a disappointment, and different from everyone around her.

She discusses that going with the flow became the norm, and "I don't know" became her favourite phrase because just going with the flow allowed her to fit in with those around her regardless of what she really wanted. But it also allowed her to play small as she was afraid of failing or disappointing others again. As she no longer had faith in herself.

When Sara finally reached the crossroad in her life and could no longer continue down the path of frustration, anger, guilt, and resentment, deep in burnout and compassion fatigue, she began investing in herself. Therapy, Mentorship, Journaling, and Mediation, along with all things water, healthy foods, and exercise, are all tools that lead Sara down this new path to who she is today.

Thank you for listening and sharing!
