Liana explains debunks the misconception that emotions are either good or bad but instead can be expressed or experienced as either pleasant or unpleasant. The duo also discusses some healthy coping mechanisms, building tolerance for emotions, self-compassion and much more.  
 
Remember it’s not pleasant to feel unpleasant emotions, so be kind to yourself.
