I sure didn't. I was terrified of what people might think of me.
Don't get me wrong, I'm still pretty scared but nothing will ever change if we don't change.

The virtual world and especially social media let us believe that the stigma around mental health is decreasing, but is that actually true?
Is the real world a safe place to open up about one's mental health and mental illnesses?
