For years, I set weight-loss goals and never achieved them. I had tried every shake, pill, hormone shots, and even the crazy cabbage soup diet.  Chasing "quick-fix" solutions left me utterly frustrated and so defeated.  Can you relate, friend?  Do you long to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle but just don't know what to do.  Are you at the end of your rope and overwhelmed with diet fatigue?
