Meet the Team - Director of Operations and Technical Guru Jesse

For the anniversary of our 16th year in business, I wanted to have each member of my team join me on the podcast to share all about themselves and how they impact the team! Jesse handles the technical side of the business like website creation and also oversees our whole Done for You side. He has worked with the company for 4 years and been a full-time employee for the last 2 years. He had originally gone to school for video game programming but quickly figured out that he didn’t like it and ended up joining the OMG team working on websites. His role with the company is constantly growing and evolving.

He broke down what our Done for You services are and how he can handle the workload that comes along with managing those. When it comes to website projects, Jesse is super knowledgable and supervises the website creation process. We create 5-page website projects, as well as membership sites and e-commerce, which Jesse steps in to help with set up of. Jesse talked to us all about what works for websites and what doesn’t in today’s day and age because it is constantly evolving. Jesse also talks about his experience transitioning into the company and watching the company grow throughout his time here. He told us all about the learning curve that happens when you add new team members, and what he’s learned about how to interact with clients. He’s seen crazy amounts of growth when it came to having Jamie show up as the face of the company. Jesse is extremely skilled in taking an idea and turning it into a strategic, systematized process.
