Food itself is neutral. But our relationship with food can be a revealing symptom of other things in our lives and feel hugely vulnerable.  When there is no ease around food it can make you feel like there is very little flexibility in your life - it affects everything, from socialising to relationships and self-esteem.

So, where do you start with being more resilient? A good place to start is disconnecting from the external narratives you’re absorbing about food and tapping into the signals of your own body instead. This is what many people know as intuitive eating.
