[TW: death and loss]. It's time to normalise talking about grief and loss. Grief can be an intensely vulnerable feeling and talking about it, especially getting more information about it, can help navigate that.

Grief can be hard in so many ways, from feeling like you have to finish the process within a time limit to judging your reactions to be inadequate or somehow wrong. Other people are often not helpful because we all grieve differently. And each of us will bring a very unique combination of personal history, attachment style, expectations and needs to how we grieve.

In this episode we are opening up the conversation on everything, from how the brain behaves in grief to how everyone grieves differently - and how we grieve every loss we experience differently too.
