I am so thrilled to welcome today’s guest, on this very special episode of MultiformPTSD! When I decided to include special episodes to build excitement about my first published Workbook, “Hail To The Victor In You”, I knew this had to be one of them! Tim Beisiegel is a fellow podcaster and great friend of mine! He also has a passion for advocating and supporting Mental Wellness and the journey to healing! Today he speaks with us about his past traumas and his rocky road to recovery. Among other tragedies, his daughter spent months in a hospital due to a disease that effected her central nervous system. Like many of us, he didn’t give his own experience enough respect to realize that he needed help to heal from such a scary time in his life. Join us on his journey to living his best life!
