We could all use some calm in our lives. If you’re feeling a lack of calm, I want to walk you through what you can do to lower your nervous system using this acronym:

C - Clear your voice, your breath, and your thoughts.

A - Aim for one minute of closed eyes and following your breath.

L - Lightly tap your body.

M - Make room for stillness
