Joined this week by Jon Cox & Becca Jones. Jon & Becca are the race directors over at the Mid State Mile Ultra Marathon in Franklin, TN. This will be the 4th year of this event & it is unlike any other ultra you've seen. The race consists of a 1 mile loop in which you have 20 mins to complete. The last person standing wins. Sounds easy right? Wrong. This mile long loop contains 340 ft of elevation gained and lost. Combine that with the blistering heat & you're in for a long day...or two. Jon...
