It's all about the breath. Yet rarely are we actually utilising our breath as a tool to regulate our nervous system, lower our stress and tap into greater wellbeing. In this MINDFUL AF moment I take you through a controlled breathing exercise, showing you how to follow the breath and get out of your head and into your body. Calming and regulating your nervous system. We do so much thinking and just by following the breath you can just be. Nothing to do, nowhere to be. Just breathe with me for these next few minutes master your breath and observe what it teaches you.
