On today's episode, we are joined by Cardiologist, Dr. Megha Agarwal. She completed her specialty cardiovascular training in Women and Heart Disease at the Barbra Streisand Women’s Heart Center at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and in Cardio-Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania. Her emphasis is in advanced echocardiography, early detection and treatment of heart disease in cancer survivors and management of cardiovascular disease in women.
She is very passionate about to empowering people with science-based knowledge and accountability to help them develop a healthy and sustainable relationship with food and to that end has founded Healthwyse.
We have a candid conversation about her journey to becoming a cardiologist, millennials investing in their heart health, the importance of exercise and healthy eating habits. We also discuss her 3 P's that are key when planning your meals.
