Hey friends! Verona here, I wanted to quickly share some wisdom about sweet cravings

When PMS hits where all you want is your fave sweet treats, but feel like you can’t because you’re trying your best to lose weight...

No wonder the struggle is real because it takes an incredible amount of willpower to be able to resist sweets after a meal at night & even more so that time of the month

BUT that’s what every fad diet out there is telling us to do.

Then what happens is, most people think they only way to kick sweet cravings is to obliterate ALL sugars even the ones in their favourite fruits BUT..

In reality though, what actually happens is, when we tell ourselves we can’t have this we end up with insatiable cravings

Much like restriction... no matter how hard we try, we’ll eventually find ourselves craving it more & more until we give in

In this episode we talk cravings around that time of the month

To help combat cravings for sugar, instead of trying to restrict you from it completely, I take a different approach with my clients where the sweets they don’t want to give up are part of the plan.

As a result they have less “the struggle is real sugar cravings because they’re not telling themselves they’re “off limits”
