When it comes to weight loss, what are some of the things that stop you from losing weight? Is it fear of failure, that you may feel you might not have enough time to commit to this & if you don't you're afraid that you won't get the results that you want and need, or are you afraid that if you do lose the weight, then you'll need to give up the foods that you enjoy. There are several reasons why you may feel afraid, or it may be daunting or overwhelming when trying to change well versed habits but when it comes to fear we've all been afraid of something at one point in our lives.
