In this episode, Adam and Brittany discuss:

The family mindfulnessAlways be willing to learn.Making mindfulness a family affair

Key Takeaways:

If adults in the family are involved in mindfulness practices, it will make learning mindfulness practices more enjoyable and effective for kids as they are more likely to be willing to adapt it at home. When it comes to mindfulness, there is always something to learn and discover, it is just a matter of being open and willing to learn. No matter what it's called, mindfulness for kids is available to parents too. Make mindfulness a family affair - it makes kids feel safer and more supported when a household practices mindfulness.

"There's almost like a resistance to do well for ourselves and our families. But remember that it feels good, to feel good and it doesn't have to be something that lasts for one hour." —  Brittany Hudson
