In this episode Adam and Shirley discuss:

Fear is a choice. The power of mindfulnessNon-judgment and emotional scalingThe importance of living intentionallyFocus on what you want to manifest within yourself.

Key Takeaways:

When you put your focus on things that you are afraid of, you are putting yourself in a situation where you are constantly fearful. You can choose not to choose fear, and you can focus on something else instead. It's not a one-size-fits-all with anything, even with mindfulness. It's about understanding that mindfulness is a simple concept and that it involves bringing yourself into the present moment.By bringing yourself into that neutral space where you recognize the judgments you're making about things and simply observe them rather than getting too involved, you can let them go. Allow yourself to let go of things.Intentional living means setting your intention and being able to carry yourself forward with your emotion, because if you approach life with a certain mindset, that you're open to opportunities and open to things, then you'll see them more and more, and it feels as if you're attracting things to yourself.Instead of focusing on the problem in order to solve it, you should focus on what it is that you would like to manifest within yourself.

“When we bring ourselves into the present moment, we're releasing ourselves worrying about all the things that happened in the past that we can't change, and predicting the worst possible outcome for ourselves in the future, that might not even ever happen.” - Shirley Blanch
