Sleep is important on many levels. But getting to sleep is not always easy. In this video I give you a process to help you sleep. It is more than just a meditation. It also has journaling and visualization. These multiple parts help your mind calm down. Your spirit to feel relaxed and your body to find relaxation.

We start with a series of journal prompts to help you clear the mind chatter that starts the second you put your head on the pillow. Then we visualize our spiritual team taking those thoughts away. Finally we use a body scan to allow us to calm. It ends with 10 minutes of quiet music to help us drift off to sleep.

Additionally it is infused with Reiki Healing Energy, to allow your chakras and aura to be cleansed.
