I'm getting back into running, and you get to come along with me on the journey.  It's been about ten years since I was in the habit of running, so getting back into it isn't going to be easy.  There's a whole lot to think about when it comes to the many benefits of running, avoiding injury, setting realistic goals, and forming an effective training plan.  In this episode, we take two months to see how much I can improve my one-mile timed run.
