Erin shares her incredible story of losing one hundred and thirty pounds without going on a diet. She did this all through changing her mindset. She also helps her clients to lose weight, deal with stress or even just coping with relationships all through changing their mindsets. Kim and Erin talked about the importance of learning the skill and practice of recognizing that you are not your emotions and thoughts but rather the watcher or the observer. When you can be in this space you realize that you are not the terrible things that your inner dialogue tells you that you are. There is so much freedom in learning this practice.
