Have you struggled to set boundaries with yourself? There is actually a positive aspect to boundary setting. Not only do we learn to identify what we don’t like and what hurts us, but we can learn to identify what feels good. We can learn to ask ourselves What do we like? What feels good for me? What brings us pleasure? Or, what makes us feel good in the morning? For so long, we have deprived ourselves and there is no need to do that anymore.
