Cee is a mom to two little boys, a wife, a cog in the wheel in the tech world, a barre instructor, and the founder and principal trainer of Mindful You Fitness. 

Cee has worked in and out of the fitness industry for 19 years and after much soul-searching has created a program for people to find a more meaningful, lasting lifestyle change through using mindful meditation. 

A daily meditator for the past 12 years, Cee has found that mindful living and fitness have contributed not only to a more pleasant work/life balance but has also brought more peace within, given the crazy pace at which everything around us moves.
