That’s why we want to live on purpose. We can build the life we want from a life of conscious awareness.  You are always right about what you feel. When you compare what is to something better than what it is, you’ll feel worse about what it is. When you compare what it is to something worse, you’ll feel better.  If you can make a mess, you can make it. If you can create for yourself a miserable life through your thoughts, that’s good news because that means you’re capable of doing the opposite as well.
