Another solo session from my soul to yours! I felt called to speak one-on-one with you on several topics that have been swirling around my brain and my heart these past few days.
Growth is often conflated with "success" and the relentless motion of pushing forward at all costs. It locks us in a sticky web of comparison, disillusion, and negative self-talk. We succumb to this frequency all too often.
So, I'm trying to self-correct and tap into what my soul is asking for right here, right now. Sometimes, it's a nap on the couch, and other times, it's a business brainstorming session with my team. Both are valid.
Today I want to give you all permission to feel grounded in the present. I'll be giving you some prompts to ponder and a surge of Reiki energy to help guide you as you ask yourself how you want to show up in the world and a mini meditation to reconnect and remember what confidence feels like in your entire being.
