You know that voice that is very opinionated? It's not very nice? It has a lot of harsh judgements to offer up all the time? You might even know it as your inner critic.
I get this question a lot about how to handle the inner critic.
They believe that the inner critic is controlling them and preventing them from doing what they want.
I know a lot of efforts have been made to get rid of the inner critic and avoid it.
But just like everything else we teach here, I think what we run from or avoid, we actually make louder. So trying to get rid of the inner critic will only make it bigger.
Instead, I want to share 3 things that will help with understanding your inner critic and will help it to quiet it.
It's very similar to understanding our emotions.
We just love to over complicate it at times.
