🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):

The part that keeps me from reaching out! And the one it protects…

- solar plexus, feels bottled up

- afraid of not being seen, requests being lost

- rather be exploring w my self. Holding hands

- Age 4 - needs me to explore more, to hold its hand, and to be that person when it’s time to reach out. To take that burden off the busy part's endless task list, and prioritize it like I would for any other 4 year old.
