53: Me, James revisits

🔸 So nice! I'm surprised by an unfamiliar part after I show up with what I assume are the usual problems that I either don’t want to face, or already have…



🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):
 Judgy about screwing around w things of little significance 
 back of neck, head
 waste of life, potential 
 needs me to put it on the calendar, take our time together more seriously. calendar a walk just with it at least once per week, don’t waste time on retreats… work hard play hard, or work hard play more. But that means deep thinking and commitment to the work stuff. And eliminating some buckets / areas so that the playful parts are at least playing in the right neighborhood.
