48: Me, James revisits

🔸 Jo is practitioner! And guess what, I'm nervous! Nervous I might want her to do something differently and not know how to say it, or that I won’t be able to go deep enough because I’ll be focusing on her practitioning. Nervous about losing respect of listeners and peer-workers by sharing these parts of me.



🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):

- The part that doesn’t want to ask for help. In the chest. Heart. - deeper fear is more like grief of not having community, and that asking exposes that - rather be fighting for it. - not sure it’s age. Feels like a whole life problem - needs me to reprioritize and recommit to this project, to get mad about and fight for issues that deserve it



🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

Connecting the right amount before call and keeping my “analyzing” part at bay. I know as “client”, I can ramble and explain forever, and asking that part for space, without completely denying it, is a challenge for me.
