47: Molly A. - first call

🔸 The most efficient call? Too efficient? The longing sounds exile-y to me, and I’m being more insistent about not going to exiles with first-timers. Thankfully, this isn't our last call.



🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):

- The part that wants her to move on, move past this longing feeling - in The throat - worried she will get sucked back in to abusive relationship - rather be on the beach, but also an equal, it’s decisions respected - thinks she is 13 - need to be listened to



🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

Working on connecting more pre-session especially with new callers. I don’t think i did a great job of that here. So I had some more than usual nervous energy. But how bad am I at it? What's normal or good? It's hard to get data on that.
