🔸 We go straight to an exile and Jo jumps right in. Showing this exile it’s not a mess, maybe the weed-smoking part can relax.

- 3, 4, but also maybe older - fear in chest, tension throughout body, thighs. Feels like it’s a mess - unburdened with punching it out



🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I was working on going back to basics, inspired by how well we did in a recent call. But I still went off script and that didn’t work out. I did sprinkle in some more “what do you say?“
