31: Will A. revisits

🔸 Parts + parts + parts. We start with the target: a numbing part. But others won't step back. We go through the process with a different part, but another is present… We get to a joyful place in the end



🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):

- Parts don’t trust of the self. - first the numbing part, bt then anger - Feels like it’s in the head - afraid of the numbing - would rather be helping him build confidence - doesn’t know his age



🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

Just in general to remain in my own self energy I learned a lot from this call because I think I made a mistake, going forward while Will was experiencing a sadness (not the target part). I wish I called attention to it sooner. When I did, it felt right for me, and was a relief for him. Still working on keeping things in Question-format. A big part of me wants to run around shouting the good news to everyone: “you can do it!!”. Tough to balance!
