Hi there! I'm Lexi, and I'm a recent graduate with two health degrees. I have a passion for life, and I spend much of my time thinking about health. I work at a clinic, listen to more health podcasts than I can count, and am always sharing tips with friends and family. I hope to do so here, too! I'll be covering a range of topics from how to create a simple, healthy meal & fitness plan to the more heavy material, such as working through the loss of a loved one.
