Show Outline:

111 is a pattern. While not all patterns are bad, we often get stuck in them, living in the same routine every day.
Eating the same meals, wearing the same close, watching the same tv shows week after week.
The status quo is a comfortable place to be. Unfortunately, we get stuck in comfortable misery. We feel safe within the familiarity of our unhappiness. We dislike our lives, our circumstances, our relationships, our finances, yet we do nothing to change them because we actually like the comfort of our misery more than the fear of change.
Insanity is doing the same thing, but expecting different results
Are you results oriented or process oriented?
This show is "Life is a Marathon" not "Life is a marathon finish line and awards ceremony!"
I love my work, but coaching can be frustrating when, a week or a month goes by and your client hasn't implemented any of the changes we talked about. There are always a myriad of excuses to stay the same.
Most people can get excited about the results, the finished product, but they dread the process of doing the work, so they don't bother to try.
Get excited about the process of becoming, more than focusing on the destination. The finish line is not nearly as fun/exciting as is the process of getting there!
Mix it up, do something wild, different, shocking to your system!
"Do one thing, every day, that scares you!" - Eleanor Roosevelt
