Show Outline:

Don't pray for an easy life. Pray for the strength to endure a difficult one. - Bruce Lee
As you get stronger, you will be better able to handle the hard times. It won't actually be easier, it will just feel easier.
My life has not gotten easier (I mean the absence of hard times), in fact, this last year 2014, has been the most stressful year of my life. The difference is I'm stronger now, and I was stronger going into 2014 than I was in 2013.
I had been exercising my "how to handle life" muscles. I had been shifting my perspective, and writing a different story. I guess I adopted both the roll of Christopher Robin and Winnie the Pooh, and the Christoper Robin part of me said "Pooh, You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think!" and the Pooh part of me believed him and started living with that mindset.
Two most important exercises:

Begin and end each day with thankfulness
Live with the knowledge that at this very moment, you have everything you need.
