Instagram. Podcasts. Google. They're amazing and can be really beneficial. But it's not therapy. It's important to recognize that these resources are great to have, and as a professional I LOVE being able to put out info, share my perspective and connect with you, but it's not exactly the same as a therapeutic relationship and it's important to be aware of that.
