Having open conversations with those who we don’t always see eye to eye with is a skill we all must learn to master throughout our lives. Not only is this a vital step in communicating effectively, but it also enriches our hearts and allows us to see perspectives outside of our own without judgement.  


In today’s episode, I’ll be talking you through a few approaches I’ve used in these situations that have taught me to create a safe environment for all parties involved and taught me how to hold space for others in my life. This is something I truly believe leads us all towards a more graceful existence and a more open way of living.
