Parenting any child is difficult but when you add on obstacles that don’t fall within what most consider the “normal” range, parenting can become even more challenging.

Coach Brigette Little is a parent that struggles with ADHD herself and has children who struggle from ADHD - these two dynamics add more obstacles then can typically be present in parenting, but there is hope. Brigette helps parents of ADHD children learn to focus more on the strengths their child brings instead of the weaknesses. She has found that by focusing on strengths of an ADHD child helps everyone to look at situations differently and to be able to come up with wonderful solutions and much better outcomes.

If you are a parent of an ADHD child or if you feel like you struggle with ADHD yourself, this is the episode for you. If you feel like you need extra help, please reach out to Brigette. She is a great resource and knows exactly how you are feeling and has a plethora of tools to help you see the strengths instead of just the weaknesses in your ADHD child.
