We often say that if you can track it you can change it. 

Metrics, like total reps, load and distance are easy to track. That's why repeating workouts is an important measure of progress. Having a number to beat pushes you to work harder. 

We have an archive of workouts that stretches back more than a decade. It has been fun to revisit these workouts years later. While we may be older, have some nagging little injuries and may be dealing with environmental factors like heat, we're still matching and even beating previous scores. It just goes to show that your fitness can improve at any age.

Fiona goes way back into the archives to highlight some of her "favourite" workouts that maybe don't need to be repeated any time soon. As always Greg is in fine form!
