On today's episode, were talking with Meghan Sandve all about Breathwork. Breathwork is SO versatile, but I found it particularly helpful for postpartum anxiety, insomnia and helping me to begin healing trauma.

You can use Breathwork to energize or calm and tailoring it to your unique situation is my favorite part about it!
