Emotions pop up for a reason. Particular emotions are not bad or good. They are simply trying to get attention for a reason.


Why Won’t Distractions Help . . .


Distractions are often substituted for time and space.

Distractions ignore the elephant in the room.

Distractions are hoping that the problem will magically go away.

Validate . . . It is vital that each emotion is seen

Listen . . . It is key to hear them out

Do . . . It is transformational to take action
