When you tell friends you can’t sleep there’s a real risk that several of the following happen:
- You get a weird look which creates an unhelpful belief that there’s something wrong with you
- You get well intended but terrible advice
- You becomes known as the insomniac in your circle
- You affirm that you have trouble sleeping
Do you have trouble sleeping? Can’t sleep? Have questions about insomnia or sleep? Please leave a comment or send me an email at [email protected] and I will be happy to share my thoughts as a video or audio reply.
