Are anxious dreams keeping you up at night and disturbing your sleep? Well, in this episode of Inside Dreaming we explore anxiety dreams: why we have them and what they might be telling us. 

Anxiety can be a powerful emotion, one that we might be inclined to avoid because of its discomfort. We will explore in depth the individual and cultural bias that we have to put emotions into black and white terms, be defining them as either "good" or "bad." With a new awareness, we can have the courage to address emotions that we might otherwise avoid.

Next, I will share some more advance dream work techniques, to better help us to understand the meaning and messages of our dreams. Then we will apply these techniques with examples, to give you an idea of how you might apply them to your own dreams.

Lastly, I will outline seven tips or ideas that you might consider which could help to reduce or cope your anxiety.
