Working out is one of the best and healthy ways to clear your head and find who you truly are. And yes it sucks but that's my point, having something that's difficult, painful, and just sucky in your life is the key. Because it provides one, an outlet for stress and anxiety, and two, a ritual of discipline that will get you used to suffering voluntarily and being consistent. These are all things that make the successful well, successful.
