Previous Episode: It is not your fault

What do you do after you have gone through the process of forgiveness? Let me tell you as well as affirm you. YOU HAVE THE FREEDOM TO SET BOUNDARIES WITH ANYONE WHO IS NOT TREATING YOU THE WAY YOU DESERVE TO BE TREATED. Just because you forgive, it does not mean you have to continue allowing others to mistreat you. You can set boundaries and voice what you refuse to tolerate. It is your self-care right to do so.
