Welcome to my podcast and thank you for being here. My name is Anna Price and I am a healthy living, functional fitness, nutrition and self care expert of 28 years. I've done it all from directing corporate, commercial and private health programs/facilities, in Toronto, Canada, to working in pilates studios and as a private personal trainer and life coach for LA socialites, celebrities, Hollywood TV studio heads, directors, celebrity integrative doctors, and everyday Angelenos.

My intention for this show is to deliver short powerful episodes to inspire, educate and transform you with my stories and the thousands of women I have helped. I offer fresh perspectives, insights, new information to take your health, body, self-care and life to a whole new level in your 40's, 50's and beyond.

This show is for you if you are a high performing woman...or any human being ready to go deeper, higher. You KNOW there's more to life than this. You want a stronger body, higher energy, a sound mind, stable emotions AND deeper meaning, a better/new career, lifestyle or relationship.

You CAN have it all because you ALREADY have it all! You just need to be reminded and to re-connect to it. I will cover what "having it all" means to YOU based on your definition and terms, NOT BASED ON ANYONE ELSE'S.

I will discuss how to continue being a woman, person who never gives up or settles for less, and how to live life on your terms without guilt, burning out or sacrificing your health and self-care in the process.

I hope to create a tribe of women who lift each other up, I will offer support and challenge, tell the truth--with love and compassion--when it's uncomfortable, so you (we) can grow.
I will reveal my health secrets and the secrets I am sometimes ashamed to share (which are hidden superpowers;) . I believe as strong, resilient, wise, maturing women, we can make an even bigger difference...together....and maybe even move humanity forward :) .
