So many people have a fear of being self-expressed.
Which makes a lot of sense.
It's only natural to want to be liked - and when you are self-expressed it exposes you to the possibilities of people creating negative opinions of you.
The problem is, when you don't allow yourself to be self-expressed, your emotions get bottled up inside of you - until at some point you can't hold onto those feelings any longer - and you just automatically burst.
It takes courage to be self-expressed.
And it takes practice to get unSTUCK and get CLEAR so you can courageously be the self-expressed person you are meant to be.
